This is best described as an add-on pack for The Incredible Machine: it contains more levels, more parts, and more flexibility of controls than the original, even though it does not require you to have TIM to play. The interface was updated from DOS to Windows 3.1 with much better music. The only downside is maybe the fact that tutorial levels are identical to TIM.
