Safari's last game before fading into obscurity was an excellent and novel shooter that "features a smooth 360-degree battlefield, tons of action, multiple weapon upgrades and configurations, beautiful explosions and mass destruction. Your enemies include fixed gun emplacements, tanks, infantry, and choppers, all of which have different levels of intelligence. There are many different structures to destroy, many of which hide valuable power-ups. There is also a wide range of weapons for you to wreck havoc with, including rockets, various kinds of missiles, air strikes, chaingun, napalm, and several "special" weapons that are wonderful surprises when you discover them. You will execute strategic missions against the enemy in either a tank or helicopter." It's a great all-around game despite awkward controls and some very difficult end-level bosses. If you are looking for some good old-fashioned top-down shooting fun, you can't go wrong with Seek & Destroy. Highly recommended!
