Stackopolis is one of the most creative Tetris variants I have seen. Your goal is to match the falling blocks with a blueprint to create a building on each level before time runs out. Basically you just have to place each 1x1 tile on the right spot to create the building. However, it is difficult on some levels to see how tall your blocks are in some areas, because you cannot rotate the playing field. Excellent tile graphics, creative building designs, nice soundtrack, and an overall addictive gameplay round off this excellent Flash-based underdog that every Tetris fan should take a look. My only major complaint is that the game has only 20 levels, which can be finished in an hour or less. More levels or a level editor would have extended the life of this gem, although that's something we can all look forward to in future versions. Two thumbs up!
